We look forward to meeting you at your first visit. You will start your visit with us by touring the office and meeting Dr. Stryker and our friendly, outgoing staff. Our goal is to make getting braces a positive experience that you will want to share with your friends and family.

Once we have taken digital x-rays and photographs of your smile, Dr. Stryker will do a complete exam of your smile, teeth and jaws.  During the exam Dr. Stryker will address the following questions that cover the basics of orthodontic treatment. We encourage questions as well.

  • Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
  • Is treatment needed now, or should treatment be delayed until growth, tooth eruption, or other factors have occurred?
  • What treatment procedures will be used to correct the problem?
  • How long will treatment take?

After Dr. Stryker has answered your questions regarding treatment, our treatment coordinator will work with you to find a financial arrangement that will work best for you and your family. Because many of our patients have busy schedules, we gladly accommodate requests for starting treatment at your first visit. If this interests you, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your visit:

  • The date of your last dental exam. We prefer that patients have had a current check-up and cleaning prior to starting orthodontic treatment.

If you have orthodontic insurance, bring your insurance card. By having this information at the first visit, we will be able to give you an estimate of your costs.

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Lebanon and Waynesville Locations
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Closed on Fridays
Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (one per month)
*We will be alternating days at each location. Please call for an appointment.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer a discount for paying in full, an in-house payment plan or outside financing with Springstone Patient Financing, ChaseHealthAdvance, and Carecredit.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. We are a preferred provider with United Concordia and Delta Dental/Tricare of California.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
